SUPER-FIT.COM promotes the BEACHBODY.COM and products because we believe in the programs, products and the overall approach to fitness these two companies take. However, we are still an independent company. SUPER-FIT.COM has partnered with BEACHBODY.COM to provide another avenue of exceptional customer service. Also, none of our products come with any hidden monthly recurring fees. When you order a product from SUPER-FIT.COM, you will receive ONLY your product and no other surprises in your mailbox or bank account. (Just in case you were surprised by another company-we're not mentioning any names, but we don't like surprises either). RETURN GUARANTEE We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return anything except personalized or edible items for any reason or no reason. We want you to be 100% happy with SUPER-FIT.COM products or we refuse to accept your money. RETURN AUTHORIZATION Refunds are only available within 30 days of you original purchase. So, please...If you wish to return an item (except personalized or edible products), it MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 30 DAYS of when you ordered online, NOT when you received the product. This is our policy due to the fact that your credit card number is only stored in our system for 30 days, for your security. After that period, we no longer have access to your credit card information either for a sale nor a credit. All return refunds will be processed upon receipt of the item in 'UNUSED' condition in its ORIGINAL packaging. METHODS OF PAYMENT We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We can also accept cashier's checks and personal checks. SHIPPING & DELIVERY SUPER-FIT.COM will use its best efforts to ship products within 10 days of the receipt of a properly completed payment. However, please note that with increasing populartiy of our programs, some orders may take 3 weeks for delivery due to limitations on warehouse and distributor supply. Any delivery or shipment date provided by SUPER-FIT.COM to you is our good-faith estimate. (Can I just say that MOST of the time, we ship your order in less than THREE days.) SUPER-FIT.COM shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. Some of our suppliers ship directly to you so you may receive your order in multiple shipments, In addition, you may receive an invoice only from the specific supplier (and we will accept these invoices as your receipt in case of a return). SUPER-FIT.COM will work with you and the shipping agency to see that you receive your complete order and products as soon as possible. WE SHIP VIA UPS (TRACK YOUR ORDER AT UPS.COM). SUPER-FIT.COM uses UPS Ground for shipping within the United States and Canada. We've found that UPS provides the best value and reliability for our customers. CANADIAN, ALASKAN & HAWAIIAN SHIP TO ADDRESSES Unfortunately, we are unable to ship outside of the U.S. or Canada. Alaskan & Hawaiian shipments are an additional flat rate of $20 US per order. (Canadian shipments, see below). If the shipping charge exceeds $75.00 US, you will be notified by email with the shipping quote. Please review the quote and email us immediately at support@super-fit.com if you do not approve of the cost and would like to cancel your order. We will cancel your order IF the shipment has not yet left our warehouse. In the case that the shipment has left the warehouse you may refuse the shipment upon arrival, email or call us and we will refund your payment less the shipping charges. CANADIAN IMPORT DUTIES: All orders delivered to Canadian addresses are shipped once per week. We've found the most cost effective way to ship to our Canadian customers is to consolidate shipments and minimize both import duties and taxes. Consolidation adds up to 5 additional days for shipping but results in a flat $20 US additional charge for duties and taxes. (Sorry my friendly neighbors to the north, the shipping charges are killing us!) NO MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT! SUPER-FIT.COM has no minimum order requirement for any of our products. Don't forget to ask us our opinion for your special situations...we are professionals here! SALES TAX 6% sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped to addresses within the State of Wyoming. RUSH ORDERS Sorry, but rush orders are not available at this time.
