General SUPER-FIT.COM Workout Routine Tips | ||

Hey Everyone, So, the series of articles to follow will be many tips for everyone, but are kind of geared toward the workout programs that we sell. I hope you find these tips helpful. These are based on how I, and many other people using these programs became "Success Stories", and have gotten the most out of the these programs. The first thing I want to emphasize about all of our workout programs is that they are: 1. Right on the money when it comes to nutrition, workouts and weight-loss. You don't have to wonder if you have the right program, they are all excellent, and all incorporate the REAL way to get fit and healthy. 2. The proper way to get fit and healthy. Gizmos, diets and ab loungers will NOT give you the long term results that you want. The reason these programs are so good, is that the programs provides you with the EDUCATION and the way. You know the old saying "Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime"? That's what these programs are doing. They are teaching us how our bodies work, and educating us on health and fitness, not just giving us an "Ab Lounge" and saying- "Thanks for the money...now go figure out the hard part!" 3. These programs are not easy. Fitness is not easy....at first anyways. The more you do it, the easier it gets. But these programs are not offering "Easy Weight-loss". Anyone offering that is lying .....or a plastic surgeon. (And even that is not "easy"...it hurts!) Fast and easy weight-loss does not exist (proper weight-loss anyways.) Don't worry, fast is all relative. In three months you can TOTALLY transform your body. I think that is pretty impressive...and FAST, (considering it took me about 29 years to do all the damage....and I changed it COMPLETELY in 3 months). Finally, I want to emphasize how serious these programs are. If you want results, and you want to be one of those AMAZING success stories, and you REALLY want that $250,000, you MUST make fitness your NUMBER ONE priority. It is very tough to completely change your life, and your body, if it is not number one in your life. We will always find a reason to blow off something, either a workout, or a meal, or something. The beginning is the toughest, so if you set these high standards in the beginning, you will be much more likely to carry them through for the full program, AND, more importantly, these habits will be integrated into your life, and you will have changed your lifestyle, and your body simply by making a serious commitment in the first few weeks. It will get easier, I promise. But you have to take this journey serious. You have to make sure you workout everyday, six days per week, and be serious about your nutrition plan. If you do these things, you WILL be a success story, I guarantee that! Don't worry, the workouts six days a week DO NOT have to be for a lifetime. Neither does the strict nutrition plan. When you achieve your goals, then you can back off of the seriousness, enjoy life in your new sexy body, and have fun. Maintaining a healthy and fit body is MUCH easier than getting it!
