1. "What equipment do I need for P90X?"



Basically you have a couple of options. Your first option is to have a real pull-up bar and dumbells with weights 10lbs-50 to 70lbs in increments of 5 or 10lbs depending on your strength. This is the more expensive and space occupying option. The second option is to use only resistance bands with the "Upgrade Kit". With this option you will need the resistance band upgrade kit in order to simulate pull-ups. This is a great way to do P90X without spending a ton of money or taking up a lot of space.

2. "What equipment do I need for the other Power 90 workout videos?"

For these videos you will only need resistance bands or hand weights. No chin-up bar is necessary.
